A Navi Mumbai based real estate developer, Satyam Builders, faced the challenge of launching their new luxury project, Queen’s Necklace.

With a goal to not only introduce and generate buzz but also entice potential buyers to schedule visits to this prime property, they partnered with on a strategic digital marketing journey in February 2024.

Approach:

Keeping in mind the highly competitive nature of the real estate industry, we understood the necessity of a targeted approach. The strategy was divided into 3 parts:

  1. Identifying the audience: Extensive research was conducted to identify the demographics, interests and behaviours of the potential buyers. This helped us to pinpoint and target the individuals actively looking to invest in real estate in Navi Mumbai.
  2. Creative strategy: With the target audience outlined, the focus shifted to storytelling. The ad creatives were designed not just to inform, but to also appeal. Vivid visuals and compelling copy made USPs like the prime location, architectural elegance and modern amenities stand out and paint a picture of upscale living that the audience dreams of.
  3. Optimizing the campaign: We constantly monitored the campaign and used insight-based optimization to boost its performance. This involved adjusting target parameters, refining ad copy and exploring different visual representations.

Results:

  1. Lead generation: From an ad spend of just ₹80,000, the campaign generated 212 high quality leads.
  2. Site visits: 39 potential buyers were interested in scheduling visits to the property, which is a big step towards sales.
  3. Cost effectiveness: The efficiency of the budget spent compared with the quality of leads shows the campaign’s success in reaching the right people with the right message at the right time.

Results:

The Queen’s Necklace campaign did not only meet the initial goals but also became a success story.
